I have never heard of a benefit to having a credit score over 740, and credit pulls temporarily drop your credit by just a couple points, so you should be fine.

In addition to the cash flow, you'd also be getting tax benefits and appreciation and equity build via mortgage paydowns, so you'd ultimately be making more than $350k (presumably).
