So far we have used it mostly for Tenant Management, and still use a tenant screening component that the our local landlords association offers, and do accounting in Sage/Peachtree which is what we use for our 'day job' business for over 20 years.We plan on testing and probably moving to Rentec's options for both of those functions by the beginning of the new year.

Like you I personally use QuickBooks but I may give Buildium a shot at some point even if it is solely to get familiar with it.I don't have anyone using Appfolio and my only conversation about it was a call from a MHA member who has having issues with the accounting function and getting going.

BX with metal boxes, and the 6" green ground strap.New electrical code steps up requirements to Arc Fault outlets at certain locations.GFCI outlets at each location need to be wired a certain way to function correctly if they are in line on the same circuit.The best advice you got was to reach out to the local inspector (building, electrical) and ask them.
