Are you still finding value opportunities there given the significant appreciation in the past few years?

I have the opportunity to help finance a short term funding need for an investment I am an equity owner in.

Cozy does charge for some things (i.e. credit checks, express payments), but their basic rent collection service really is free and in another discussion here on BP they said they intend to keep it that way. 

They gave me an opportunity to rerun my numbers and make an offer.

I have never owned a Real Estate.Can I start my carrier as an investor & start making RE deals and do not use my first time home buyer opportunity i.e low interst rate for later ?
