Find out if the team leader provides training, or if they rely on the online courses for training.  

I suppose a lot of this will depend in part on what I'm able to find on line as far as opportunities.

Personally, I chose an online school for licensing, the School of Hard Knocks and a mentoring relationship with my principal broker/brokerage (when I have a question I ask it), and as a reward I am learning really fast.

BP also provides free online videos and educational courses for you to watch and learn from.

Most of the online classes require frequent authentication to note that you are spending the required time on the material so audiobooks may not be an option.  

It will be a fed funds wire and shouldn't just matter whether your bank is 'online' or not?

I am very skeptical of online real estate auctions. 

They will have links to the online auctions, both Mtg foreclosure and tax deed auctions.

But, in most states, if you're not the owner then you can't manage it without a license.Trust Account: If your rent collection is not an online ACH/e-check transfer (which I highly recommend setting up for all properties -- from the tenant straight to the owner), then you cannot collect the rent without setting up your own trust account.
