Asbestos is a little damaged along the bottom of the house but i didnt think the rest of it was too damaged, and i read that nails associated with installing vinyl over it disturbs the asbestos.any cheap solutions?

Why I say virtually, is because the mortgage got paid down over time before I sold it for much less than I paid, so I still got my cash back, but no gains.End of story is that property made me tougher than nails when it came to being a landlord, I mastered operation standards that serve me well to this very day.

Your kitchen could cost $4000-5000 or $10-12,000 depending on the finishes and what is expected.The first one is tough to nail down, but I would be Leary on trusting a website describing what the renovations will cost, as that person will throw out the smallest number to gain interest.
