Hello All, I'm a new and eager investor looking for a community or club of like minded individuals.

I'm trying to understand the motivation and reasoning behind why things are that way and this way hopefully i'll adjust my strategy moving forward.

I always like to start with finding out what their motivation is, what they are trying to accomplish and then you can figure out how to structure the deal to accomplish their goals.

I am highly motivated to make this work, and where I know most people get discouraged thinking this is a get rich quick, for me "rich" is making $40k a year signing my own checks.Thank you!

Keep in mind, i don't want to deter you from coming here because you certainly are welcome, but this is the reality of buying here. 

With that in mind I think a substantially higher return for my investors would be justified.  

They habitually snipe at everyone else they know who does anything risky at all and in the end die whining that they should have done a lot more than they did.Make up your mind early to accept that failure is an option, and that learning from failure is valuable, and that being seen as a failure in business and life by the broke-a$$ judgey people you know is not the end of the world.

Although I am motivated to help the people in my area, I will be looking into other nearby markets.
