@Leatha Williams yes that’s correct and most likely it’ll actually be shortly over 2 years because they’ll want to see your income on your tax returns.So you’ll need 2019 and 2020 tax returns, which you likely won’t have until February or March 2021.

maybe you want to split the duties between the properties, so he does A, B and C and you do properties D, E and F.If you do all of it, 50% of the regular cost seems fair as the other 50% would just go back to you and come from your half of the profit.
