are there negatives to sharing a subsciption?

What would you advice, should I go ahead and start out of state investing with section 8 why I continue to pay rent or patiently wait till I find a property in Houston to house hack (This will take some time away from my goal of investing in a certain number of units this year).Please share your opinion.Thanks

I don't think it'd be practical for both the main house and the ADU to share the driveway.

You're asking someone to spend a lot of time and energy to share what they've spent years - maybe decades - learning and developing.

If you come up with a good name be sure to share it with the group!
