We are interviewing a company called Urban Apple, a smaller company in Chicago.  

DRE maintains a list of colleges that they recognize.

Deals are out there, you just have to recognize them when the come on the market, or, alternatively, look to see which properties have languished on the market and make those sellers a low ball offer.  

I would really like to interview multiple realtors so I think this may be a good place to start looking for some.

However, I'm looking forward recognizing a great deal quickly!

Also, some estates require court confirmation (here) and you need to know how to recognize which ones do in order to flag those and perhsps avoid.Spending an afternoon in the court records archives and pulling at least 5-10 actual case files and reviewing the documents, forms used, the order recorded, the variations and the real estate, will help familiarize you with your state's system.Also, you need to find where your state's pribate code (laws) are found, as these are your framework for dealmaking.
