Won't my tenants' renters insurance company just go after me/my insurance?

Here's a strategy to try.Go to your local library (or their online portal). 

Taxes, water/sewer, insurance, maintenance – it all adds up.It's heartbreaking that Worcester is becoming too pricey for its own residents.

The insurance is prohibitive but we're personally browsing property on the North Coast currently. 

Get a home insurance quote to make sure the property is insurable.8.

And they will look at things like mortgages, insurance policies, bank accounts, personal social media posts that may talk about the house, utility bills, leases signed by you personally, etc in an attempt to pierce the corporate veil.  

The insurance check is based on replacing asphalt shingles.

I have worked through Avery Carl's system and am looking to implement some of the strategies from "Optimize My AirBnB" as well.

I only consider licensed contractors but have found that most reasonably-priced contractors are not bonded or insured.
