I guess if i were a seller and someone told me and showed me the earnest amount they are putting up front for consideration of the property, i would wonder why so little....of course i want to sell the :badwords: house , and get on with my life.What is the whole $10 deposit i hear about all the time being deposited for earnest money??

Again, rough handling of appliances at move-in or when cleaning, and the floor is trashed.The new laminate wood flooring is not much different, except it also swells up when moisture finds its way under the pretty top surface at the seams.Vinyl commercial tile costs more than sheet vinyl, but considerably less than ceramic.

One consideration about buying a rental late in the year in Minnesota, the rental pool is probably non-existenent from November-April b/c of weather so while you might use that to get a better price deal on the home, expect higher vacancy rates until you can get on a regular rental schedule (May-May or Sept-Sept).
