In my limited experience with selling retail houses.. we put it right in the listing.. what stays and what goes.. window coverings in our market stay unless specifically stated.. and there is nothing about window coverings in our sellers disclosure docs.. those are more having to do with title and major systems of the house.. no mention of light fixtures or window coverings.. and I am toying with the idea of putting a new Tesla in the garage of a big spec I am building in Charleston...

Cant say much about what impact the car loans will have vs what has already been said.However if you are looking for something to drive around that has a decent hauling capacity, Look at the older CRV's.
