Hey everyone, I was hoping to gain some feedback on a my first listsource list.

Hopefully you'll get involved in the forums many interesting topics as you gain a sense of comfort.

This may be allowed, as it is here, where the seller sells based on paying the gains from the sale as amortized, any additional payment creates an additional tax liability in that year and that phrase means you agree to pay that additional liability if you make such payments.

In this grouping are advisory fees, investment banking fees, brokerage commissions, gain/loss on sale of real estate... and "Other non-interest income."

I realize this post is a little dated, so I'm wondering if either @Bryan H. or @Kizzy Robb have gained any additional knowledge or experience on this subject since this post?  

I feel like many of you are doing this as a real business, gaining finical freedom!

I intend to finance up to 4 properties via Homepath and would love to gain some expertise before my next deal.

I think I've gained a ton of experience over the past year with this small rental but wasn't sure how it would transfer to larger properties, especially if a third party management company is overseeing the property.

And yes Im just wholesaling now until I gain more experience and learn more about other ways to invest.
