Apprecaite it and that sounds like it could be a great option for some future purchases that need a decent amount of work. 

I personally think it might be too soon for this unless you have higher end properties, but it is becoming more widespread everyday.I am thinking about installing these myself at my Vacation rentals in the near future.

I wouldn’t mind one of those large ones in the south end airpark so I could lease for multiple planes, then squeeze my future singe engine piston in there.
