I mean I know what it is... but never heard that term before but I that's not unusual for someone of my computer literacy and online interactions.however if you have had a bad experience with a turn key company you should post it.There was a lady who bought one in Birmingham through a turn key company and it was a long thread on what poor service she got.. but I can't e mail and say hey you should put that on turnkey reviews.. can't force folks to do it..

I suppose I could have worded it differently to soften the impact but fail to see any value in whitewashing the facts. 

However, with the new fees and new ranking systems, you never know how your rentals may be impacted in the years to come.

The money situation worked out like this:New loan payment on Seattle house goes from 2300 to 2900 a month, 4 bedroom 2 bath houses are renting for 2900-3000 a month around where I live (3 miles from microsoft).I pickup the new house payment at around $3300 a month, something I can afford and will put some sweat equity into to force appreciate it a bit over time. 

Or have you found that those tendencies don't have much impact on you deals?
