What he meant is that if you forego eating balanced and exercise and not go to the doc occasionally for check ups you will pay way more later in the form of heart attack, stroke, etc., etc.This guy still likes his beers and stays very active in his late 60's on the tennis circuit.

He also said that my best bet would be to combine the two, but then warned me since it's not owner occupied my rate probably won't be much better, not sure if that meant 6.3 or the 8.So I guess you're right that the heloc isn't part of the house unless if I have to sell it.I just had what I think is a bright idea.

She proceeded to tell me that they will fund 75% LTV only she meant the purchase price but kept referring to it as LTV.Correct me if I'm wrong, but LTV is loan to value, so a lender that does 75% LTV should fund 150k on a property appraised at 200k.

So, if you were to get sued, if the oppsing lawyer can show that you regularly blur the lines between you and the you that is owner of your company, they may be able to convince a judge to pierce the veil of separation that LLCs are meant to provide.
