Let the dumb money keep overpaying for those duplexes -- I personally dont want to own a duplex unless I'm in at a 1.2-1.3% -- I'd do 1% if it's new - but i'd want a damn good quality job done on the build - most of these duplexes are built "economically" and the specials are a real kick in the nuts. 

bb=k09-2v4zgJi6huphGI set the search for Hamtramick, but you can reset it anywhere, Huntington Woods, Farmington, wherever.If you look at larger 100+ complexes, newer ones (the newer the better), you may find units they have that can be prepped for ADA (on the first floor).Big operators have some additional rules regarding ADA vs a SFH owner or a duplex, which is why I recommend fishing where the fish are most likely to be if you need an ADA unit.Good Luck!

It is a pretty deep lake with a max depth of 333 feet so you can expect good fishing and boating.

Skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, motorcycle riding, fishing, hiking, swimming, golfing, etc.  40% of booking fees may seem like a lot (I see similar rates in Hawaii) but as long as the numbers still work, why not? 

My old partner in the logging business was raised there and they have some of the most awesome fishing on their property on the Trask river.
