These were of course the extreme cases but I was amazed at the number of folks who would not pay child support for 7 years but pay $3,000 for a guided hunt, $2,000 for a sheep mount,  but not pay $250 per month for his 2 kids child support.

Since the niece wasn't the tenant, and I'm guessing that evicting someone as painfully and extremely debilitated as the aunt (extreme arthritis?) 

My wife and I are extremely new to real estate investing, and we are excited to learn as much as we can.

And so far it has not disappointed!

However, I feel like I am extremely limited due to my financial situation.

The best (and more extreme) example of this was a crazy shrewd developer who sold a condo complex in bulk, then retained the parcel for the parking lot and other common areas in his ownership to sell to the buyers later (basically as collateral for the deal).

@Rick Baggenstoss I totally understand and the fact that its my first deal I am happier that I am doing my research and getting input, than being disappointed its not a good deal.

I tend to think then of the extremes of the spectrum (right & left) are easily defined.

They keep sending me cards telling me I am one of a kind which is extremely nice but it is not paying the bills.An more about me, I started in July of 2014, I work with buyer and sellers dealing mostly in residential,  I also property manage, I  have my Bach.
