Since many of you on this message board are experienced investors, I was wondering what you think?

The guy ask me what do you want to do after high school, I told him I wanted to be a aerospace engineer for JPL.

I know of a ton of great RE Groups up there that have some experienced investors that can help you with the local market.

Any experienced rehabbers out here have a price list on rehab items they care to share?

[/list:u][list]Since we've all got the desire but no experience, would it best to find a person experienced at this at the local REIA and make them part of the LLC or maybe just hire them as a project manager/consultant[/list:u][list]If we wanted to get a hard money loan for this deal, would that be in the LLC's name or one of the individuals in the LLC?

I work as a Bicycle Mechanic full time, I am in college at Ferris State University with a double major, Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration, and am also working on a real estate certificate from the university and at the end of attaining that also getting a brokers license.

I would never do a closing on an unfinished property there can be to many problems and you lose the power to get them taken care of as you are experiencing.

I have an engineering background and a good feel for managing various projects & money.
