We required a criminal background check and we had written policies in place on how to evaluate them but a felony conviction as described here and FULLY DISCLOSED on the application would not be an automatic rejection.Also, I read elsewhere on here where some were saying you should have a written list of what will cause an automatic rejection of an application to give to potential renters.
