I am very interested in this HOA budgeting for remodeling the exterior with all the development going on in the area. 

They are actually loaning on *raw land* to be developed into a property through construction.

But of course you have to know what you're looking for.Something else I always do is look for the economic development committee in each city and see what they're up to. 

Finding a reputable turn key company in the Midwest might be the way to go for what you are looking to do.
