I can go to a five day live training get there early and stay late, but online stuff even if they call it virtual it just doesn’t hold my attention and it’s hard to carve out that amount of time.

Eventually I concluded that less time was spent having folks fill in their own stuff, than was spent with me filling it in for them, and them questioning where/how I concluded that their kids were 2 and 5, the M.D.s pissed that I understated their education years, and so on, all added together.

If you feel the need to do some stuff to the home, make minor improvements that add to the safe or functional list. ie, if the kitchen faucet works, leave it be.
