Fort Collins is generally $20k to $25k more expensive for what you get over Loveland and Greeley is maybe another $20k cheaper than that.

So the way I figure, for SFRs, the cost of upkeep and long term major repairs would be cheaper (relatively) on a larger/more expensive place.
