I am starting my Journey this weekend viewing my first investment property.

You become almost a prisoner of your job - sacrificing your values or views just to make sure you stay employed for as long as you can.

I went over to view it a few days later and made her an offer that afternoon.

I'm looking for someone able to attend viewings, take photos and videos of property conditions and upload them to google drive.

And no, you can have a contractor do a walkthrough with you when you go and check out the house just let the listing agent know in advance to make sure that doesn't conflict with any other viewings. 

This won't land well, but it comes from an unbiased opinion.In my view, the value of a property manager is drastically decreasing.
