We had to screen four or five CPA's before we found one that understood real estate investors but we have benefitted greatly, not only saving a small fortune in taxes but being able to plan a strategy around future investments (and sales of properties).

There are easy annual inspections and limits on how much the rent can be raised.Our county housing authority caseworker told us to use our normal criteria (credit check, background check) to screen.

I have severe ptsd, high blood pressure, and panick attacks.. holding my sbake and having it slowly moving around my neck and through my hands etc.. is the best therapy EVER I've tried meds and other CRAP he relaxes me and helps me more than anything has..
