Certain buyers on the last down cycle in 2008,2009 did this rather than breaking even or feeding money with losses each month on a property waiting for the market to come back many years later.

Bigger question is how much dead equity do yo have in the property.

I would look on this bigger pockets forum  and search in your area and you will most likely find realtors.
