@Maxwell Hibbard If you put down 3.5% on a house now, would you still have a 3-6 month emergency fund if you lose your job, or if the HVAC system craps out, or if you need a new roof, or if you have significant unexpected medical or auto expenses?

If there is a triplex on MLS for 127k bringing in $2300 in city of cincinnati and it doesn't look like Fallujah.... it's probably too good to be true-its in a warzone, the mechanicals are shot, etc.
