Can someone recommend a company that would underwrite a judicial bond to release a mechanic's lien in NY?

"it's not me paying the interest on my auto loan, my job is" or a business could make the same argument "it isn't my business paying our credit card interest, our customers are".Tenants do not pay off our mortgages, we do.

I believe the car owner's auto insurance should cover this.

Jack, depending on the numbers of units and the mechanicals, I can tell you that per door OpEx in Phoenix MSA is somewhere between $4,400 per door and $4,900 per door.

@Maxwell Hibbard If you put down 3.5% on a house now, would you still have a 3-6 month emergency fund if you lose your job, or if the HVAC system craps out, or if you need a new roof, or if you have significant unexpected medical or auto expenses?

If there is a triplex on MLS for 127k bringing in $2300 in city of cincinnati and it doesn't look like Fallujah.... it's probably too good to be true-its in a warzone, the mechanicals are shot, etc. 

Also setup auto searches on this site for IL and check the marketplace.
