I'm keeping a list of all the real estate books I need to read in the future and I want to be able to own some commercial real estate properties (large or small) someday too.

I would HIGHLY recommend acquiring all future properties under your LLC or business to protect your personal assets.

Start by drafting a written agreement that includes all the terms, like the price, interest, and payment schedule.

A well drafted operating agreement will address business planning above all else.

All attorneys are not created equal.

They got back to me and said they would have all the money the evening we agreed upon.

Ok so this year I got my final K1 and I think I know how this work (my bad in that I thought last year was final K1)To confirm in final K1, all the passive losses can now be taken and they come to schE as allowed passive losses.

This is a buy and hold investment with the hope to ride some appreciation from all the development of Microsoft.Can anyone recommend a reputable Property Manager?
