Also they will provide all areas of advertising that do cost money, like signs, flyers, listed on most popular websites, realtor tours, etc.I have also found that potential buyers responding to FSBO ads are looking for "a deal" and think with no agent involved that is what they should get.

Both of the rehabs that are going on right now we got through an experienced investor who is mentoring us.One of them was a "full gut" and the other was pretty much cosmetic with the exception of removing a couple walls and adding a shower to one bathroom.Our plan is to sell both of them, the cosmetic should be on the market by the end of the week and the other will hopefully be on the market within the next 3 weeks.
