The demand in Greenville, South Carolina, stems from several factors that collectively contribute to its attractiveness as a place to live, work, and play.

This is concerning because someone who urgently needs to live in a home can outbid us and submit their interest to the trustee, effectively pushing us out. 

Especially if you removed living rooms to add bedrooms.

From the opinion of you all who live or invest near the Uptown area, is the crime really that bad?

I am a veteran myself living in Virginia.

Being about an hour away from Greenville (and hearing great things from friends who have lived there in the past) I am curious how the market is looking.
