Anecdotally, I'd say half the inquiries I get are from medical pros and the rest are all over the map from relocations to seasonal workers to digital nomads to academics, to people traveling into town for lengthy medical treatments.

I would look at these spots more as a cash flowing business or annuity or bond since it would have semi regular payments.

You want to find out what the bonding requirements are, inspections, CO process, General permit fees, proffers, water/sewer tap fees and the process of setting taps and connecting, do you need to install manholes or fire hydrants.

Nations don't issue gold, ETF's, corporate bonds, real estate - including REIT's, yet we can invest in them.

The plan was managed by Fidelity, and I was able to roll it into a new "non-prototype" 401K account with Fidelity that allowed me to continue investing in stocks/bonds, etc. as well as check book access to invest outside the account. 

We get back to Toledo a few times a year as my mother-in-law still lives in Northwood and we are strongly considering adding add some "bonds" to our mostly "stock" portfolio.   

Are you sure they mean grounding throughout the house, or did they just want a ground rod at the service panel, and the usual accompaniments (grounding water supply, grounding bond across water meter, grounding bond across water heater, etc)?
