Hi all, wondering if anyone can tell me if they have a good contractor in the Jersey City/Union City area for a flip. 

I'm in Staten Island NY, and New Jersey.

@Jordan Kalk short answer,first couple properties in your personal name will be easier and cheaper to finance.LLC's cost money to create, money to maintain, and commercial financing for smaller properties sucks.

Hi,  would be super appreciative if someone has any advice on an issue:The HOA (Self-manged) of our 3 unit condo building in Jersey City just received 3 penalties totaling $7k for violations on the 5 year DCA condo inspection dating from 1998/2005/2009.

@Jordan Rajchel 600 credit score is a good benchmark but you may alienate good applicants with a slightly lower score with great income and rental history.

I am from Northern New Jersey, where it is very difficult to find a property for that much in a decent neighborhood, which is why I will also be utilizing HML, business credit cards and private investors to fund my next investment opportunity.

I plan to invest in multi family home in New Jersey.
