Hi All,  My question is in regards to operating costs (heat, snow removal, and landscaping) for multi-family buildings in New England, and if/how owners are passing these costs off to tenants.  

A rental business of the mobile homes which dollar for dollar you will at some point put back into the homes by way of repair, rehab, plumbing, AC, heat, electrical, sheeting,  you name it.
