You will also spend quite a bit of time researching particular units/models eligible for the rebates and then find a local vendor or supplier for those models.However, I am a fan of reducing waste and energy to lessen the environmental impact in a way that balances the investment, but that’s my personal approach.

Obviously, I can't really evaluate the quality of a given area without actually being there in person.I was just curious, what sort of area codes/neighborhoods are you a fan of in the Salt Lake City/Orem/Provo area?

I'm not a fan of loans like that because you don't have control (the bank does).

However, I'm a huge fan of house hacking as a means to getting started, especially when you're low on capital.

Other than that is sanding floors (they are hardwood), painting and adding lighting fixtures, fans, etc.For me to wholesale.....

But after studying those areas, I’ve found some properties that would work, but I am not a huge fan of moving out of state (but not 100% against it).
