The entire project took around 3 months with EVERY square in minus the electrical( some added) being gutted and renewed.

I have come across them multiple of times but I am weary of any company. 

With many heirs and a 50-year history, you have no idea what skeletons could be hiding in the closets.

I agree with Afra at that price point it's best to start with flips that have $15K - $30K rehab budget to gain some experience and get a good team in place and then work your way up to larger rehabs with higher ARVs!

well. lower tax's generally helps RE and business as a whole. will have to see if they come up with something specific like the cost seg rules that are redy to sunset.
