The area has shot up in popularity recently and is rapidly gentrifying.Rents are below market as most of the units are in rough shape ($950 each, on average).

The place is too far from the U of M to attract students easily, and one-bedrooms are not super popular.

It seems like Jacksonville is flooded with investors and I'm not as familiar with the area; but there might be a reason why it's so popular?

if cryptocurrency retains it's popularity, I think we will soon see the day when real estate is bought and sold with digital currencies.
