Have no staff?

Good morning, afternoon, or evening BiggerPockets Members, I am a 28 year old Husband, Father of 2 boys, active duty USAF Staff Sergeant, and entrepreneur.

And the dancing performed by the staff, some of them really have the moves, I was impressed.

I look for larger businesses that have a full time manager, assistant manager, and staff built into the costs and still shows a great profit on the books.

I supposed time will tell how deep the staff reductions will be.

Regarding structure - we advisor our clients (and do this ourselves) to hold title to the property in the holding company LLC, which is the securities offering that you're selling to your investors and then create a management LLC which can pay your property manager and hire staff if needed.

Based on yield curves worldwide there is a high probability of lower economic activity and in my opinion is not the time to be risk-on. 

For funds, even though they are larger in size compared to a syndication because they have multiple investments, they have more staff and can take on lower investment amounts.

Office space, e&o insurance, general business liability insurance, equipment, staff, operating capital, contract with your local MLS.To give you an idea, most franchises require you to have about $250k in working capital to start up.
