Its much easier in the stock market because it costs less money and you can appl stock every Wed if you want to.

I spoke to a lender and he told me that I could not purchase that house with a conventional 10% down loan even if I plan to move into it (I do plan to move into it) because there is no reason to move into a mirror image of my own home that would satisfy an underwriter.1) Is that true? 

Also for the delay my fiance and I are saving for a wedding in August which I know is not a wise financial investment but her mom has stage 4 breast cancer being in a coma less than a year ago and we all want her to be here for that event. 

There is one in Totowa this Wed, next week in Union County and throughout the month in Newark and Jersey City.Definitely keep learning and use this site to your advantage.

I use excel for a lot of things, but to image having to look at a list of 200 and try to manually sift through it to find the correct criteria for a property would have me pulling out the little hair I have left.
