It is held virtually and we have people from Ogden to Nephi joining. 

There is no difference in these rules/tips on location or virtual.

A couple of the main reasons being that virtually no townhomes in vacation communities have garages and that is a space you can and should use to your advantage to place gaming tables, turn into a mini movie theater or just make highest and best use of it.

Years ago, I believe in the 1990s maybe earlier, a clause was added to virtually all mortgages that said, if a property is sold the lender can call the loan due.

Of course no way to know when that is.....but I drive by all these homes I showed in 2008/2009 to investors that were $100,000 for virtually new home that now sell for $330,000-$350,000....and you would just here sighs of doubt.   

Especially if you're able to live virtually rent/mortgage free in a 2,3,or 4 plex.

I want to start virtual wholesaling and I am 15 years old but I think that I won't make it because of my age.

(Bookkeeper, fractional CFO, virtual assistant for different tasks, etc etc)I hope this helps!
