My agent informs me they're inspecting the house one more time, the night before closing, but I honestly felt good about everything since I had put into over 8 hours building these things on my own and fixed everything else with receipts, had the place professionally cleaned, and upgraded a fixture in the bathroom.So, I get a call first thing in the morning (closing was in the afternoon) and my agent is saying they're refusing to close given the condition of the window screens.
