Should have jumped at a couple of homes sooner but there’s alot of fear of the unknown.

They would need cash to carry the deal and there would be risk of the unknown.

Walk away....too much liability, unknowns and risk. 

Develop the right relationships and they'll set you up for success.In my opinion, those who say it is not doable are simply operating from a place of fear and unknown.

Hopefully what I establish will continue to provide for them as well because right now their future is a lot of unknowns.  

If I was going to pack up and move into the unknown - without thinking about budget - I would personally consider Hawaii, Colorado, Montana, Florida, Texas, in no particular order.
