You can do multi units on conventional but really make sure you do t run into any issues with the down payment assistance that you used.

Ask the listing agent if you can obtain the inspection report from the buyer or ask who the inspector was. 

I am not interested in obtaining any more lines of credit until I study and perfect my cashflow with these properties for the next 6mos or so.However, Id be happy to receive info on different types of unsecured line of credit.
