We do have a 0% down mortgage program for first time resident buyers (that can only be used once), but the property purchase limit is $200,000 and it is difficult to find multi-unit properties in this price range - unless they are in a C or even D area.

For instance, here's a small screen shot of PMs listed for Dallas-Forth Worth area, where I've seen PM rec requests come from lately:Then you'll at least get some names of companies who are association members to start with.If your area doesn't have a chapter, like our Ohio, you can choose the "Location" option under that same "Search for a Member" section and it will list all of the PMs in the location range you specify.I hope that's a helpful tip!
