I’m looking for insight from anyone that has or currently invests in Binghampton NY.I’m analyzing various markets within 3-4 drive from Long Island and the numbers in Binghampton look almost too good to be true!

I am trying to network in Maui, but noticed that the forum location options for HI only include Oahu and Big Island.

Croix US Virgin Islands which is centrally located so not beachfront.

If you are considering the purchase of a single family home and want to get an Airbnb permit, you have a five year wait before you can apply anyway.This is NOT applicable to condos on Maui.If you are looking at another Hawaiian island, please check the rules as each island is different.
