If you say "I am the manager" then your signature line needs the capacity you are representing, eg  "Joe Doe, as Manager".If you say "I am the Property Manager", the sign as Joe Doe, as Agent The last thing you need to do is to invalidate your Lease or Notices when challenged in court.
