Bill D.Something else to throw into the mix:If you're dealing with 5 different people, when it comes to use the property for collateral, the bank may want to look at everyone's credit and go with the lowest score for qualification (we would if he were to apply for a refinance and there were multiple people on an LLC that owned a commercial property).
