I’m saying.. if you want to invest for wealth, learn all the aspects of your specific business.. in this case real estate.

As others have mentioned putting together your team will be the most crucial aspect of your investing from afar!

If yes, you need expeditors to handle the zoning part though some architects handle that aspect as well.

The second and most undervalued aspect is easier to rent a lower cost unit over a higher cost unit.  

I believe anyone can invest in any market and make money but it's that risk tolerance aspect of it that tends to tip the scale on a particular location. 

Also you will be able to compare apples to apples as to what they are charging for different aspects of the job.
