He is a fraud- 100%.He tells others to not own their home, but he made his start in MF when he sold his personal home.He admits he made his money on scamming people in the "idea" of success via his meetups.He says things like "Not interested is a level of interest".He sues people who expose him for being a fraud, and he loses."

Although I absolutely believe some ask because they hope to hustle the "inexperienced" landlord,  I know for a FACT that some want to know that you actually own the place and they are not being scammed .  

And I say huge kudos to those who were scammed here that are taking Morris and Oceanpoint to court. 

Is it really a scam?

They rely heavily upon their reputation to not have "landlords" scammed - or they'll stop getting listings.

As Jay said, they are actually very honest about their intentions/claims so I cant really call it a true scam.

What an entitled bunch of jerks who feel the need to waste my time in a manner which is illegal.Also, The marketing manner of those is eerily similar to unscrupulous individuals looking to scam vulnerable people out of their money… I wonder why they seem so similar.

Real Estate Agents from company MVP Realty SoCal, Teresa Roberts and Mona Patel in VICTORVILLE, CA commit scam, extortion, conspiracy, and fraud resulting in a 15 million dollar lawsuit, Lawsuit Case #20STCV13284.

He's a Captain in the military and in his 40's and has been using the military card to get people to kiss his butt and I'm assuming getting away with scamming people like me.
