I'm sorry I cannot point you in the direction of these folks... hopefully someone with knowledge will comment here.Also - the @ function for people's names is one of those things on BP that I wish was a little more intuitive, but just so u know - if you enter @ and the person's name a list of options will pop up at the bottom of the screen you are typing in.

I'm in Philadelphia PA, and want to get to the bottom of this before doing anything.  

Bottom line:  Opportunities will come up in both markets over the next 10 years.

Include calls-to-action (CTAs) at the top, bottom, or in sidebars, and include links to landing pages and other posts.Spend time picking content.

As @Marcia Maynardpoints out, pre-screening is essential.  9 showings sounds like a nightmare to me.To aid in the pre-screening, I have a few questions toward the bottom of my craigslist ad.  

I spent years growing my money successfully with less than high end properties and I moved up in property class over time and just when I was all in with high end properties the bottom fell out of the real estate market.

With real estate investing, I can be in control of my own worth, not someone else's bottom line.

The thing is neither I nor the buyer initialed this specific change in line, however, we both initialed at the bottom of the page in the standard location.
