In Hillsborough County, FL (Tampa), the structure value is deemed to be the Tax Assessed Value with the County Property Appraiser.

Typically minimum loan amount of $250-300k and borrower will qualify off of the income of the property, usually 25-30% down is required.

If you buy a pre foreclsosure and sell it within a few years you owe the owners who sold it to you 70 or 80% of whatever you made.. thats why I no longer do foreclosure rescue.. it just takes one person to file a complaint with the AG in states where this is highly regulated and it becomes a very stressful for you.

Despite blowing through all performance projections it was just an endless stream of ridiculous requests for reports and information (beyond what was agreed to in the operating agreement) only to satisfy a junior analyst that probably hadn't stepped foot on a property in his very young life.  

The goal is to accumulate investment properties over time—either fractionally or entirely—bringing them all together under this LLC.
